Technics of the ICESTA ice flaker:
1). Hot dipped Ice flaker evaporators
All ICESTA ICESYTEM ice flaker evaporator was hot dipped
During production, to avoid the ice making cylinder become shrink
When operation,which keep long using life for the ice evaporator.
Relief internal stress generated during welding process. The evaporator (drum) is rolled into by particular sheet, so welding is needed to make the two ends jointed. Including diversion flow ring, much welding job need to do for the whole evaporator. During welding process, huge internal stress generated because partial heat. During working process, in order to make ice, evaporating temperature in the drum should be at around -23℃. The evaporator has to be annealed because of this big temperature difference, otherwise the evaporator will distort and even cannot work normally.
2). Weldless formed Screw ice scraper
The stainless steel ice scraper formed in once process without weld of Strong body,.which could bear years trouble-free operation,Equipped with SWEDEN bearings, makes an outstanding
smoothly ice harvest, will not hurt the inside of ice
making drum.
3). Welding of system

The system clean, to avoid system failure.
4). Evaporator(ice drum
with high heat conduction coefficient.
The ice flaker evaporator processed from special alloy with lightness and high heat conduction coefficient approximating that of Aluminum, which achieve the best intension, rigidity and refrigeration efficiency of the evaporator, and finally gives the ice making systems' stability & high-efficiency.
5). Welding technics for evaporator (leak problem) with X-RAY.
ICESTA can supply the quality ice drum seldom or never meet such trouble as leak problem .
We make sealing with the automatic welder, and every completed drum before making deep processing will meet X-radial welding line-testing to check its leak quality, and then gurantee every drum(evaporator) security for our customers.
6). First class processing lathe: Vertical lathe & Vertical lathe
Acceptable for work piece larger and heavier which difficult to be machined by common lathe.
1.Turning heavy work piece is much easier and safer than horizontal lathe.
2.Axial line of primary axis is vertical; work table is in horizontal plan, which makes work piece clipping and alignment easier.
3.Lightening load of primary axis and bearings, vertical lathe can keep precision for a long term.
4.Avoid problems like vibration, precision of cutter bar lower etc. occurred when horizontal lathe turn work piece as drums.
